Hisense H72 pro
Hi Hisense Team,
I purchased the Hisense H72 Pro from Edgars two days ago, but it seems it doesn’t have the Picture-in-Picture option like my previous H72 device.
I tried watching Netflix while doing surveys, which I would normally do on my previous device, but this feature is missing. It also doesn’t have the app cloning option like the previous H72.
At the moment, I’m not getting the upgraded experience I expected.

28 Mar 2026, 15:32Hi MM,
Thank you for your response.
Yes, I did expect the Hisense H72 Pro to be an upgrade from my previous Hisense H72, which is why I chose it.
However, I’m concerned because features that were available on my older device — such as Picture-in-Picture and app cloning — are not available on this newer model. From a customer perspective, it’s confusing and disappointing that an “upgraded” device offers fewer practical features than its predecessor.
Based on the specifications, the H72 Pro runs on Android Go Edition, which is a lighter version of Android and may limit certain features and multitasking capabilities. This was not clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

I would appreciate clarity on:
Whether these features are intentionally excluded on the H72 Pro
If there are any settings, updates, or workarounds to enable them
What options are available to me, as this does not meet the expected upgrade experience
I look forward to your assistance in resolving this.
Kind regards,
Blondie
