Hisense H50S and smart watch issue

We got the hisense H50S fone that came with a smart watch the app that the watch used automatically logged me out and now if i want to log in again it says account format wrong so on this stage the watch is useless to me and it seems like nowone at Hisense can assist me to fix the problem.
