Hisense H15DTG dishwasher - Terrible build quality and poor materials!

I bought one of the expensive Hisense dishwashers from Game in Brackenfell online, bought on the 24th July 2025, delivered on the 30th July 2025. Guys who delivered was not even willing to help me get it inside my house due to a security gate that they couldn’t get the box past, so they left it in its box outside my kitchen door and left.

It took me a while to unpack the box myself and asked my son to help me get it inside the house, had it installed to the water and drain pipe installed also.

Been using it for the past 5 days only, and I can honestly say that it is the worst dishwasher I have ever purchased, paid a lot for it as I wanted a good quality dishwasher, but it’s not what I received and definitely not worth the price by any means!

The bottom dish basket wheels and wheel tray are so poorly made that every single time you pull out the basket it always goes off of the rails and off to the side of the door, even though I’m pulling it out by the dedicated handle it still goes completely off the rails, then putting it back in is the other issue, it does not sit correctly and does not go all the way back as it’s supposed to, plus the front wheels on the basket keeps falling off of the rails meaning the basket sits at an angle, what a poorly built product at such a high price!

Then there is the front plastic strip that pushes into the front underneath the door, it just does not stay in place and keeps falling off and laying on the floor, I’ve had multiple people try and it does the same thing over and over again, truly shocked at the price and build quality of the Hisense H15DTG.

@Hisense, I want this item returned and refunded so I can buy a replacement dishwasher that’s better quality and functions as a dishwasher is supposed to, this dishwasher of yours doesn’t even come close to the cheapest dishwasher a person can buy, it’s a disgrace to even sell this at the price you are, refund it please so I can buy a real dishwasher!
