Hisense full of NONSENSE!

We bought a large Hi sense oven gas stove, electric oven combo just about 2 years ago - the oven connector switch has broken & Hisense parts division say that they cannot order or source their own part. We tried Tecsareco, who say that this part from Hisense is a problem..... we cannot use our oven at all & Hisense can't even replace a part - we can't just buy a new oven because a part needs replacing. Absolutely shocking after sales service from Hisense!!
