Hisense ft Ok furniture did me dirty

I'm writing this with a very sad heard, during black friday 2025, i bought 2 fridges, hisense, one of the fridges was not strong enough at the top where it's supposed to make things cold, not freeze. Went to the shop after a while and they sent someone to fix, nothing changed, they exchanged it and the new fridge is still having the same issue, the painful part is that at a renting place where i was staying i bought a water dispenser hisense fridge, after a while it had the same issue and that was way before i bought these 2 on black friday 2025. I ignored the issue thinking mybe i did something wrong.
