Hisense Fridges are actually glorified heat conductors

I bought a Hisense fridge in 2017. Model H670SG. Within a short space of time the globe was faulty. only would switch on internittently. I let it slide. Then the thing decided to convert ityself from a fridge into a heat conducting cupboard. I phoned the customer service number and expressed my concern that I can not be without a fridge as the lockdown was approaching. Almost immediately I was told that I needed to have the proof of payment because they needed to see if it was still under warranty. That was the focus. Do we have to help you because we are obliged to due to the warranty provision.

Nonetheless I committed to securing the proof of purchase. The entire day and went without single call back. I called back was put on hold and then eventually cut off. I kept calling and eventually got through and was told that the technician went home. Literally.

I'm sitting with a fridge that I paid R8999 for that is a glorified heat conductor and the brand can not concern itself with doing right by me.
