HISENSE FRIDGE SERVICE PROBLEMS

I purchased a Hisense fridge freezer from game, three years ago. I purchased a five year "full service plan" at an additional cost. I have had issues with the fridge door not sealing from day one. I asked for another fridge/ freezer, .....no can do!!! So the saga continues.... I have requested further service, to no avail, apart from unfulfilled promises. ie. We will " contact you SOON! or We tried to contact you. or No one was home...bla, bla, bla. LIES!!! ABSOLOUTE NONSENSE! NO CONTACT, NO SERVICE. PERIOD. Heads up..... WHY WOULD YOU POSSIBLY WANT TO PURCHASE A FRIDGE / FREEZER PLUS AN ADDITIONAL GUARANTEE FROM HISENSE??? Well, I have no service? The main door has now fallen off. What next. I do not think that Hisense is reputable company. DO YOU?
