Hisense fridge nightmare

Hi i just want to say i bought a hisense fridge that was a display unit because they did not had stock at the shop and i needed i fridge but not noing that the fridge gasket was faulty and the light switch was tampered with and was glued back in. From the eye of you cannot see anything the fridge looked good I reported the next day after purchase at the shop where i bought the fridge but with hisense client service its been a fight now for nearly 3months and they want me to accept the unit as is after they repair agent fixed the fridge by siliconing the switch back after they struggled to get the switch out and its looks horrible they do not want to pass credit for a new unit because 1stly it was a display unit and 2nd because the switch was tampered with by who i would like to know. But they blame me for it. I was fighting with the sales manager from hisense and after he did not want to help to the complaints department but they just divert it back to the sales manager who made up his mind!! So i am furious and just want to tell people think twice before buying a hisense fridge. Their help stinks
