Hisense fridge keeps breaking

I bought my Hisense fridge 7 years ago, so the warranty has expired, so Hisense gave me a number of a person that repairs the Hisense fridges in my area. In the past year my Combi Hisense fridge has broken 4 times, and every time I have to pay for it to be fixed, which I do not have a problem with, but the same thing keeps breaking every 3 months. When I phoned Hisense directly to complain about this - the lady told me it is not their problem because it is out of the warranty period, so what I would like to know is - that is it fine with Hisense that I have a Hisense Fridge that breaks every three months? So just know that when you buy a Hisense, once the warranty has expired and the Hisense fridge keeps giving problems then they don't care - if that is the case - I would never recommend Hisense ever. I have tried to contact Hisense Head office in Cape Town and the phone call does not go through. I cannot keep having a fridge that breaks every 3 months and it takes the repair guy 2 weeks to actually come out to you and then to see and then to get the right part - this isn't working for me.
