Hisense Fridge Freezer combo

I bought a Hisense fridge freezer combo from Kloppers PE. A H359BI model. After 4 months the freezer froze solid . We called Kloppers who organized a Hisense technician to come out. The Technician said we should use a hairdryer to defrost the freezer regularly as this model should not be sold in the coast. No reason given. We went back to Kloppers and they said there is nothing they can do about these issues. In other words ****ed us a deafy. We have not been able to use the freezer from then on as you continuously keep loosing meat. It gets spoiled by the freezing as the ice forces the door open and then all is lost. I have not bought Hisense again.
