Hisense fridge

We bought a brand new Hisense fridge about 3-4 months ago from game. It stopped working. We reported it to hisense who passed it over to applique Appliances to repair. After they left the fridge was a bit better but now the freezer compartment can't even freeze ice lollies and the fridge compartment is warm. This is the worst appliance I have ever bought ever. I will never buy a Hisense product again. Bad service and bad quality
