Hisense fridge faulty within a week of being bought

I bought a Hisense fridge through Game. The fridge within a week of arriving had an issue with the door closing which it later resolved itself on its own. An additional two weeks pass and the fridge has the same issue and this time it does'nt close for two days.

I sent an email to Game, they refuse to either replace the fridge or give me my cash back. Im advised that they will send a technician come repair. How can a new fridge need a repair. Prior to this i had KIC fridge that lasted me 20yrs that i never not even once has an issue with. I only sold my fridge as i like the design of Hisense and wanted something modern. Little did i know that i am buying a piece of junk.

I no longer trust this brand.

I do not trust Game and i want my money back.
