Hisense Fridge

I am highly disappointed in Hisense products as well as their technicians and their staff members. They do not return calls and they do not stick to their turnaround times that they gave you. Their Headoffice is the worst the people there don’t know what’ve went to work to do you must tell them how tp do their job. A team leader called Thulisile had not returned my call two weeks later. Called H/O spoke to a Dutin and promised to call me back he never called I had to call him and when I do he doesn’t know what ni talking about. Meanwhile my fridge is broken it doesn’t have a door the technician replaced the door hinge with a plastic hinge my fridge fell and almost hit my 3 years old daughter. They still don’t care since none of them have called me back. Hisense is a nightmare and they should be banned when you buy their products you’re throwing money away and they don’t care
