Hisense freezer only works 1 week
Hisense freezer bought new trips the power even when plug is off. All our meat will now be spoilt cause I can't afford repairs on a brand new appliance. Hisense is the worst . Will never touch this brand again

06 Apr 2025, 08:15Hi Hisense team. There has been no follow up from Makro or Hisense as to why my new freezer only works for 1 week. I Lost all my frozen food and get no feedback from Hisense or Makro. People please stay away from Hisense they are selling faulty products through Makro

Its been 1 full month since it stopped working. How can hisense manufacture such weak appliances and never have a service department to fix them?

29 Apr 2025, 09:58Good day hisense. I have sent the details as requested but only got a phone call from a rude lady and no technician yet. Massmart told me a technician would call me om 2 occasions. My freezer keeps tripping my breaker after lasting 1 week. Kindly assist
