Hisense Faulty Washing Machine

I purchased hisese washing machine at takealot in August 2022, the machine is faulty, takealot refered me to hisense customer service, they said they will send a technician within 2 days, the technician never came. I called them again and I was told that my case will be prioritized, to date, there’s no communication from the technician. I’ve been trying to get hold of customer service and my calls doesn’t go through. I’m stuck with a washing machine that doesn’t wash, what a waste of money. I am not happy with their service at all.
