Hisense Faulty - Bad Service

<p>We now know why HiSense has such a bad name in the television and cell phone market. We too have experienced the same issue that all the other complainants on Hello Peter have received.</p> <p> </p> <p>The repair company that HiSense uses, 3G Mobile, never comes back to us on a faulty item. To date we still have not managed to send our faulty cell phone that is under warranty in for repairs. </p> <p> </p> <p>They ignore e-mails and phone calls and never come back to us. HiSense also has not responded to our complaints and have just ignored all our correspondence.</p>
