Hisense false advertising

Hisense South Africa advertised a laser smart tv 80 inch but when we got it, the tv was reflecting against the roof/ceiling. Hisense used bait/false advertising to sell the Laser tv. They build boxes around the system in the stores where it is sold and therefor you cannot see the effects against the roof/ceiling. Once it was installed, the installer says it is not normal but a "romantic feel". We didn't want a romantic feel, we where not looking for a tv but came across their advertising videos and was immediately captivated by the false/bait advert of this Laser tv. When we addressed this with Hisense they immediately,their CEO came to see my Husband that same week and promised to supply us with the solution for this factory fault( whatever the solution might be) and also compensate us with their top of the range 65inch smart tv. They failed to stick to both their promises. This is very bad customer care and this type of false/bait advertising is unaccepted. We will be contacting lawyers to escalate this.
