Hisense-Failure to honour warranty

Ticket: *** - I purchased a Hisense dishwasher, Model H13DESS from Hifi-Corp in Amanzimtoti on 15 January 2023 which carries a 2 year warranty + 1 year after registration. Both the upper and lower dishwasher baskets are rusting. I requested Hisense to replace the baskets under the warranty but they refused stating that baskets are only covered for 6 months yet there is no mention of that under the warranty.

They said they will give me a quotation to purchase the baskets but they do not have stock.

Clearly Hisense does not comply to its warranty obligations and their after sales service is non-existent.

Consumers need to be aware of this brand and avoid buying Hisense products.
