Hisense Equipment.

Don’t buy a Hisense washing machine unless you have the Hulk or Iron Man living with you. No normal human being especially a woman has the strength to open the washing machine to take the clothes out. The service department……well it has been about 5 weeks and eventually we get a message saying Repairs is completed. What exactly has been completed when NO ONE HAS LOOKED AT OR FIXED this problem. We are still waiting for someone to come look at/ fix this after numerous enquiries. Today again we phoned, held on for 40 minutes & then they put the phone down. The Machine is only 6 months old. DO NOT BUY from this company with their poor quality goods and even worse after sales support. Money down the drain!
