Hisense e60 lite faulty

I bought a Hisense e60 lite in December 2024. Today the phone is dead and won't switch on. I tried to keep it on charge as well and that didn't work. It still has 13 months warranty left.

I need my phone and paid for a new phone, please assist.

I just want this on record, as my phone wasn't even one month old and I actually feel Hisense Mobiles should be aware of their products and actually give me a brand new phone that isn't faulty and that was quality tested and checked.

Good day, the device has landed with VODACOM REPAIRS ARC *** and we are yet again where we started off(required part is on a backorder, which in simple terms means out of stock). Be sure I won't wait for a new part and this is not my problem. Urgently see the below feedback received via Vodacom Repairs sms. NB - Hisense as in *** whom is also copied in this email, I request a brand new device that is not defective and again take note that the phone was not even a month old when it just switched off and stopped working... Nevermind 6 months for the CPA(Consumer Protection Act). Just some more points for you to consider:*Consumers can choose to have the goods replaced, repaired, or refunded. *Consumers can return goods without penalty and at the supplier's expense, as taken from the CPA*:
