Hisense don't know how to operate on repairs

I called in this morning to get an some info on my ticket in how much and when will my TV be repaired. I was then given two numbers to call who had no idea in the ticket number mentioned above.

The telephone number on the ticket ***3 says it doesn't exist or doesn't work. If you're supporting local you should at least get better service than you would going to competitors.
