Hisense dont even bother to respond to customer service complaint

<p>I wrote a complaint a few days ago about my Hisense TV which is on two and a half years old and wont switch on - I was told I qualified for an on site repair but then some TV repair company wanted to charge me a lot of money. Hisense have not even had the courtesy to respond to my complaint --- this makes our whole family even more determined never to buy any Hisense appliance again even though we are due to replace certain high ticket appliances. Sorry I think Samsung or LG will give better service than Hisense - I am disgusted with them.</p>
