Hisense do not honor their warrenty

Hisense do not honor their warrenty, I purchased a Hisense television, paid good money just for the screen to pack up a week and a half later. Contacted the customer care just to wait weeks for a technician to be sent out to asses the television. Turns out that there is a crack in the screen which can not be seen and therefore the warranty is nul in void. We did not damage this television and there is no visible crack. We are being shafted by Hisense and by reading their reviews we are not the only one's. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HISENSE PRODUCTS, it only ends in tears.
