Hisense Dishwashers Rust

I have had our hisense 13 piece dishwasher for just over 2 years, the racks are rusting badly. When trying to call or email Hisense they won't respond. I have noticed several other similar complaints about the Hisense dishwashers, wish I had checked before buying.
