Hisense dishwasher - WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

I bought a Hisense 15 Place dishwasher in December 2021, and unfortunately, after just two years of use, I've encountered a significant issue. The dishwasher racks have begun rusting at every joint, resulting in a noticeable decline in their sturdiness. A quick online search revealed that this rusting problem is widespread among Hisense dishwashers. When I reached out to the Hisense support team, they explained that the racks are only covered under warranty for six months, which is rather inconvenient given that the onset of rust typically takes longer than that.

It's evident that Hisense dishwashers lack the durability and quality found in their competitors. I strongly discourage others from purchasing Hisense dishwashers, as the need to replace the racks every two years adds significant ongoing costs. When considering the expenses associated with rack replacements, the overall cost of owning a Hisense dishwasher surpasses that of premium competitors that don't necessitate frequent rack replacements.
