Hisense dishwasher what a piece of ****

I bought a Hisense dishwasher from game. And this dishwasher was faulty from the start, 4, 5 times technicians came out to my house to fix the dishwasher, they have taken it to Durban for days to fix it and im still sitting with a faulty machine!!!!!!! I am so fed up with this from the start i told them it must be a factory fault and now they dont want to refund me because its been over 6 months so basically with in 6 months i couldn't use my dishwasher!!!!!!
