Hisense dishwasher terrible

Terrible product terrible warranty DO NOT BUY!!!!! I have many hisense products please don't buy any of their products. I bought a dishwasher and the trays inside started to rust after only 11 months. I tried to claim them on warranty but they said they don't cover rust. I know its not my fault as the trays were not dipped properly and the rust started from underneath. I asked them how I could have prevented this and they didn't even answer me. This was supposed to be designed better as a dishwasher uses water and salt so it will rust if not protected properly(could see exposed steel underneath tray). After all this i have to buy a new dishwasher (not paying R2500 for new trays and they also come without warranty… I asked) buy a bosch other dishwasher more that ten years old still working perfectly.
