Hisense Dishwasher - Subpar
I strongly advise against purchasing a Hisense dishwasher! The racks in this model are of very poor quality and rust easily. The level of rust is surprising, and to make matters worse, Hisense's warranty doesn't cover rust damage!
Hisense knows about the rust issue with these racks yet expects you to spend R2100 to replace them—only for them to rust again. Not only is the product subpar, but the customer service is lacking as well.

I think you are failing to understand what customer service is - your proposed solution is to charge me R2000 + R350 for delivery for a new set of racks even though the previous racks rusted. It seems unreasonable to invest in a product that is likely to face the same problem again. This is far from a satisfactory response.
I believe we deserve a more reliable solution that addresses the root of the issue i.e. Hisense's appalling quality, their ************ manner to not cover rust under a warranty when they know their product will rust and their equally terrible customer service.
I am reporting this matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman
