Hisense dishwasher rusting!!!

Just over 24 months and my Hisense h13dess dishwasher is rusting!! I noticed rust spots on my dishes, both racks are rusting. To add to that it's also not draining. Called Hisense, and they said the racks are not under warranty!! Poor quality, no wonder it was on promotion at the time!! Price of the racks is almost half the price of the dishwasher itself. Ridiculous. I was warned against purchasing Hisense products, now I know why.
