Hisense dishwasher rusted racks

If I could a give nil rating I would. My dishwasher racks are rusting and I bought my dishwasher in 2021, every time I request Hisense if they have spare parts, they noted they will have at a certain date, when I request if new stock has arrived, then by no suprise there is no stock.

There are multiple people in SA complaining about rusted dishwasher racks, I haven't even considered fighting about the poor quility and I just want to replace my racks so that I don't have to wash my dishes in rusted racks. I am utterly shocked by the fact that Hisense does not have stock available. I will never buy a hisense product again. At this point I might as well just buy a new dishwasher......
