Hisense dishwasher racks rusting
New dishwasher bount a year ago. All racks are rusting badly. Can't be used. Hisense says it is not covered by warranty. And to make matters worse, they just say that they don't have stock of replacement racks anyway. All racks in my virtually new machine is rusted. How can a new machine now not be used because they just say they don't have parts. Hisense Dishwasher H15DSS ticket reference number ***.

26 Mar 2025, 21:58It has been 6 months and this issue is still not resolved. Never buy a hisense product again. I still sit with a dishwasher I cannot use because the racks a rusted to pieces. Literally.. no stock of new racks and no communication since September 2024. Absolutely disgusting. No customer service, no parts available. Absolute *******. Where to from here?
