Hisense Dishwasher ***Place

Good Day. I need your help. I bought a Hisense Dishwasher Cash at Hificorp Store 1163 ShopU38 Arbour Crossing Amanzimtoti for R6999.00 last year on the 29th of October 2022. From the 1st day I tried to use it it began to leak, my dishes came out wet and some dishes dirty. I complaint to Hisense and the Store I bought the dishwasher and till today, my problem has never been resolved. I come home tired from work and I have to cook, clean and do the dishes whereas I wanted my life to be just a bit easier when I bought the dishawasher. Im really hurt by this. I also contacted Hisense but since last year this issue has never been resolved
