Hisense dishwasher not worth the money as the warrantry is meaningless

We bought a Hisense Dishwasher in August of 2022 and within 18 months both top and bottom racks had rusted so badly that the dishwasher is no longer usable. We have only used the brand of dishwasher tablets supp**** with the machine. On phoning Hisense we were told that the racks are not covered by the "Complete peace of mind with a 2 year warranty." advertised on their website.

Without the racks the dishwasher is completely unusable so where is my "complete peace of mind"?

The service department is also a complete waste of time as on registering a complaint via their website we got a reply giving us a reference number but nothing further happened. On contacting the number supp**** by Hisense a week later, we got the message The number doesn't exist.

Don't bother getting a Hisense dishwasher - go for a more reliable and reputable brand even if it costs a bit more.
