Hisense dishwasher is nothing but trouble
We bought a Hisense Dishwasher (H15DSS) from Hirsch's July 2021. Luckily who took out an extended warranty. Hirsch's had to send technicians at least 4-5 times in the last few years. Always getting errors. 1 month ago when technicians came out they said there is a seal missing, so I assume we bought it without the seal. Hirsch's has been trying ever since to get a seal from Hisense. No luck. I am appalled by Hisense's bad quality dishwashers and their poor aftercare service.

23 Feb 2025, 21:33Hi TPN, do you honestly think that I did not speak to the store first. I have been speaking to the store for years and to the extended warranty team. The problem is HISENSE service is non-exisitng and your products sub standard quality.
