Hisense Dishwasher

I bought a Hisense Dishwasher in 2019. I noticed that the drawers inside started corroding and rusting quite substantially which I found unusual. I contacted Hisense in 2022 to find a solution. They suggested buying new drawers. These spares were out of stock and I was told that I would be notified as soon as they became available.I was not contacted and called back in 2023. I contacted Hisense in 2023 and subsequently told me that these drawers were now discontinued. I have requested a manager contact me in 2 separate occasions to no avail. I have a perfectly functioning dishwasher that cannot be used because the drawers have perished and cannot be replaced.
