Hisense dishwasher disappointing

Bought a Hisense dishwasher and the racks rusted within the warranty period. I took it back to where I bought it to just be told that this is not covered under the warranty. Even went the extra mile and bought an extended warranty what a waste of money. I was quoted now R2200 for the 2 racks. This is ridiculous. I don't understand how something that is designed to be in water/wet rusts to this extent and not covered by the warranty. What a disgrace. Do not buy a Hisense dishwasher.
