Hisense dishonouring their warranty: Poor quality:

I was under the impression that Hisense is a reputable company, being one of the largest in the industry. However, their after sales service seems to be non existing, which has made me decide that I will never again buy one of their products. Soon ( within less than 6 months) after I bought my new dishwasher, the racks started to show signs of rusting, dvdn though I managed it in the same way I did with my previous dishwasher, which never rusted, even after 20 years of constant usage! I immediately reported it to them via my local supplier, but was informed that the racks/ baskets are not included under the guarantee! The racks are now slowly but surely busy disintegrating, while new racks will almost cost the price of a new dishwasher?! Surely not the quality or service I was expecting?!
