Hisense disgusting customer service

My TV remote is not working so contacted Hisense Office in Woodmead, Gauteng, to find out where I may buy a replacement remote. Here are the responses: Hisense: "Universal remotes do not work on our units. You need to email our spares department for a full quotation. The email address is ********** Me: "I am coming through to Gauteng today, so please give me the address of your Spare Department for me to visit?" Hisense: "We only have a spares department in cape town" Me: "Does that mean that I cannot get my needed remote anywhere in the Gauteng area? Can you give me the contact details of the Jhb Repair Centre as they may be able to repair the on/off button which is the only thing not working on my existing remote?" Hisense: "We do not have a option for remote repairs we do not repair remote at all sorry."
