Hisense diagusting and UNACCEPTABLEservice

I disgusted about how hisense treats its customers. I bought a Fridge from hisense and it worked for only a month. I was told that Hisense will send OK funiture authorization to exchange the fridge to a working one but its been over a month and absolutely nothing yet. I find this behaviour unacceptable and disgusting
