Hisense customer service were really helpful to assist me with booking a technician to come out to assess my fridge fault even though it was out of the warranty period. They continued to follow up to make sure that all went well. And yes it did, even at the expense of my own cost of the call out fee. But it was worth it. My fridge is fixed. I am relieved and happy!
