Hisense Customer Service. Vidaa Tv

I own a 43 inch Hisense Vidaa Tv Amongst other Hisense Products I have been in contact with them for about 2 months via email. Customer Service is non existent. Apart from the standard computer generated response you get from them, I’ve had 2 interactions with a “Human” giving me so-called solutions to the problem. Nothing is happening and I get Zero Joy from them regarding the Vidaa OS. Do Not buy a Hisense Vidaa Tv absolutely useless. Can’t do any Apps of note. Have their own App Store with little to nothing in it. Waste of time. Have bought an Android box that makes it genuinely Smart. Pathetic Customer Service
