Hisense customer service problems

I have had such a bad experience with them. I got a hisense c30 rock on contract about a year ago. 4 months ago my phone started having problems. I took it in to the MTN store where i got the contract. They sent it away. It came back, still having the same problem! Sent it in again. Got it back about a week ago, still with the same problem!! I sent an email to their customer service last Wednesday, received no reply. Got onto their website list Friday, sent a message from there, still no reply. I am so mad! I will never buy another hisense device if this is how they treat their customers!
