Hisense customer service non existent

I honestly wish I could give this company 0 stars. How hard is it to get hold of someone just to tell me where I can get a replacement shelf for my fridge and what the cost will be. For two months I have been emailing and calling but it's either the numbers are not going through, nobody answers or the email just get passed from department net to department. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!!
