Hisense customer service for repair of H3 infinity

Hi

On the 3rd of October I took my phone in for a repair, a Hisense H3 infinity which I bought in January.

The problem with the phone was the battery as the phone refused to charge, the microphone which was totally non functional as when I made calls people could not hear me and the speaker which was low and I could not hear people.

I took the phone in for a repair by woodmead dion wired as that is where I bought the phone. They in turn were going to book it in and take it to the hisense supplier.

The phone came back and I was told everything was fixed but a battery only holds a 6 month warranty so I must replace it, I first couldn't believe this, in the end I paid for a new battery. 2nd day after receiving the phone I decide to test the microphone and speaker only to see they do not work.

I took the phone in for the 2nd time, it sat by the woodmead offices for two weeks and was then attended to by Hisense for a day, I was told I can come collect the phone. I tested the phone and saw the microphone problem and speaker were not fixed.

Worst of all it seemed the technician did not even attend to the phone as the phone was not wiped, so it still had my screen lock and he couldn't have therefore tested the phone.

I took it on for the third time the next day, the technician said he would come on Monday 21 November to woodmead store, still no response, Maybe he waiting for another two weeks to go then they will attend to it.

Can you imagine not having a phone for two whole months, not able to reply to business emails.

I am TRULLY FRUSTRATED.
