Hisense Customer Service

On the 26 December 2019, I contacted HiSense via email to log a fault call, explaining that my Fridge, MODEL: Hisense Fridge Freezer H420Bmire Red - Product code ***7. SERIAL NUMBERS: 1B0325 Z0005Q BJBQJN***27 005311, my fridge gets very hot on the right-hand side panel, to the extent that I cannot touch the fridge with my bare hand. Today 2 January 2020 a technician finally got back to me saying that "this is completely normal that the fridge gets very very hot and cools down, he said I must not worry it will not explode and most fridges work this way" In my mind, this is not normal, what would happen if the small child touches the fridge by accident. I am very disappointed with the service and I am still waiting for someone to contact me.
