Hisense customer non-service

Good day

I would like to "rave" about the wonderfully disgusting service I recieved from Hisense SA.

I bought a 43" Hisense smart television, great TV I thought, until I switch it on and see that the SMART TV that I bought is in fact not a SMART TV at all.

I then immediately started taking the (what I believe to be) correct steps in contacting Hisense customer support, their response was fast and helpful up until I told them the television I had bought that was ADVERTISED as a SMART TV was in fact not what I received they didn't reply again, so I gave them a week thinking that perhaps its something they need to look into, which I believe a week is more than enough for.

After a week I eventually emailed again asking if they have come up with a solution yet, to which I was given a very snooty "the specifications does not say SMART TV"

So I took 2 screenshots of their website highlighting the parts where it is advertised as a smart TV and email it back to them from where I have never recieved a reply again.

Horrible customer service and false advertising.

So my advice to anyone and everyone, Dont waste your money or time with Hisense seeing as they clearly do not care for customers.
