Hisense complaints department are useless.

Trying to get a remote from hisense. Sent an email to complaints and they have not gotten back to me. I must pay R150 courier fee for R120 remote.That does not make sense.Even the Hisense branch in bedfordview does not keep sound bar remotes.***. Pathetic service from hisense complaints side.No response.Only the one person at the bedfordview branch tried to assist.
