HISENSE CIRCUS !!!!

My washing machine with a 4 YEAR WARRANTY packed up after 8 months - I reported this to HISENSE on Monday 19 October & the fact that the water pump had failed - on Wednesday 21 Oct a technician came to inspect the machine to confirm the water pump had failed - he had not brought replacement with him ????? I was told he would order 1 from JHB ?? - I especially requested HISENSE JHB to send a pump down to reach Durban by Friday - NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO GET A WATER PUMP FROM JHB TO DURBAN BETWEEN WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY ???? SEMMINGLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR HISENSE ????? - IT IS NOW THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY 27 OCTOBER - HISENSE JHB HAVE STILL BEEN UNABLE TO SEND A WATER PUMP TO DURBAN ??? IT IS NOT AN ISSUE OF HAVING NOT STOCK - IT'S JUST AN ISSUE OF BEING COMPLETELY & UTTERLY USELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
