Hisense, change name to 'NOSENSE'

Poor quality product 12 months ago a Hisense phone was bought, the battery swelled up and the onscreen commands became unresponsive. Went back to the retailer for assistance, they said it'll take months to contact the supplier and re-order..(almost as if it was a punishment to have a job). Hisense will have to pay ME to get me to go anywhere near any of their products ever again. Sell ****, then the consumer is responsible to have to pay to replace their poor quality? I don't even want it for free. Consider issuing a warning with Hisense products that informs the consumer that 'maybe the product will work, for a while'.
