Hisense Cell Phone

<p>On 02 June 2016 at 15:46:42 we purchased a Hisense Infinity U972 from Sterns Vangate Mall. The gentlemen that helped us was Chad and told us that it is a new release phone. We were super excited. We went from MTN, Vodacom and Cell C to look for a tempered glass and cover for the phone. So on Friday we went to the store as Sterns in Promenade and the lady working there told us that we will get accessories for the phone at the Hi store in Canal Walk and making us believe that it is a Hisense store. We got there the Sa****ay only to be told it is not a Hisense store and that they do not have accessories for it. The gentle who had a Hisense T-Shirt on told us that we should check Gadget Time, Game and Dion Wired because they would probably have stock. Which we then did only to find no accessories by none of the stores. Today I contacted the Call Centre and the lady by the name of Naomi told me that the phone is more than a year old and that they do not have accessories for it. And if we want to order it will take upto three months for the stock to arrive. In that time I asked to speak to someone higher than her and she can me the name of a gentlemen called Faiez. I did not get to speak to him but spoke to a lady by the name of Michelle. She had reassured me that the phone is not old and was released in the year 2016 and that she would find out where we could purchase the accessories.</p> <p> </p> <p>What gets me is that no-one could help us and we had to drive from place to another which all the information which was wrong. Still no-one can tell me where to purchase the accessories. </p> <p> </p> <p>No-one was actually helpful.</p>
